HUNTINGTON BEACH, CaliforniaMembers of International Association of Machinists picket Boeings plant here November 5. Nearly 1,500 Boeing workers in Alabama, Florida, and California walked out November 2. The aircraft giant is seeking cuts in health careincreasing deductibles and premiums and canceling retiree health-care benefits for new hires. The three IAM locals on strike organize workers at Boeings Delta government rocket program. Despite some replacements crossing picket lines here, unionists said the strike is solid.
