NEW YORK—Four Chinese-American youth—John Lu, Reynold Liang, David Wu, and Wing Chung Poon, all age 19—were assaulted August 12 by two racist youth in Douglaston, Queens. Liang’s skull was fractured after he was clubbed with an automobile steering wheel lock.
