PALM BAY, FloridaSupporters of immigrant rights scored a victory here August 17 when they mobilized for a city council meeting (above) and defeated a bill that would have fined businesses that hire undocumented workers. Of 68 who addressed the council, 48 spoke against the ordinance. (Further coverage in next weeks issue.)
