‘Wannabe capitalists’
I wish the Militant could write a detailed article explaining the nature of the Russian state, 15 years after the fall of the Stalinist USSR, as it looks today under the leadership of Putin and Medvedev.

You keep referring to them as “wannabe capitalists.” Please explain what you mean by that, and if Putin is moving Russia towards capitalism or not.
