Glenn Beck rally
Kudos to the Militant for its coverage of the October 2 rally in Washington, D.C. (in October 18 issue). That nearly 200,000 participated is of significance because as noted at the end of the article the late August rally, also in Washington, D.C., called by right-wing talk-show host Glenn Beck attracted hundreds of thousandsboth middle-class layers and workers. But is it the case that the Beck rally drew such numbers?
