The article “Governments of Australia, Indonesia Strengthen Ties” in the July 30 issue incorrectly stated that the nearly 100 refugees who lost their lives in two boat sinkings were Indonesian. They were in fact majority Afghanis.

The article “UK Protest: Cop ‘Just Shot My Son, No Questions Asked’” in the July 23 issue incorrectly gave the names of Janet and Christopher Alder as Adler.
