Calif. postal workers protest privatization, layoffs, cuts |

SACRAMENTO, Calif.—In the pouring rain, more than 60 postal workers and their supporters marched Nov. 17 from the state capitol to the California Air Resources Board to protest the privatization that day of postal truck fleet operations in California and related job losses and service cuts.
