Venezuela hosts conference in solidarity with Cuba |

CARACAS, Venezuela — More than 500 people from 35 countries of Latin America, the Carib-bean, the U.S., Canada, Europe and the Middle East participated in the VII Continental Confer-ence in Solidarity with Cuba here, July 24-27. A report will appear in next week’s Militant. Defense of the Cuban Five was a prominent theme in several sessions of the conference.
