MONTREAL — Some 200 people, mostly of Ukrainian descent and from other countries in eastern and central Europe, marched through downtown here March 30 to demand an end to the Russian occupation of Crimea and support for the Ukrainian people’s struggle for national sovereignty. “We are against the Russian occupation of the Crimea, against war and we stand against [Russian President Vladimir] Putin,” nurse Nataliya Pazish told the Militant.
