A federal appeals court in Atlanta today upheld the frame-up convictions of the Cuban Five. It remanded the sentences of three of themAntonio Guerrero, Ramón Labañino, and Fernando Gonzálezto the trial judge for resentencing. The National Committee to Free the Five and other political rights defenders have called emergency protests, including one in San Francisco on June 6, 5:00 p.m., at Powell and Market Streets.
