BOGOTÁ, Colombia — A Pathfinder Press booth was set up here at the Bogotá International Book Fair, one of the largest in Latin America, being held April 21-May 4. Last year’s book fair drew some 570,000 visitors.

Popular titles in the first few days include We Are Heirs of the World’s Revolutions by Thomas Sankara; Cuba and the Independence War in Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde: The Fall of the Last Colonial Empire in Africa by Víctor Dreke; Cosmetics, Fashion, and the Exploitation of Women by Mary-Alice Waters, Joseph Hansen and Evelyn Reed; and Che Guevara Talks to Young People by Ernesto Che Guevara. We also found keen interest in the Militant.

A meeting here April 25 presented a discussion on the fight against colonial rule in Africa and Cuba’s role. Full coverage on the fair will appear in future issues of the Militant.
